One-phase voltage converters of serie ÏÍ

Alternative voltage converters of serie ÏÍ are designed for supplying resistive and resistive-and-inductive overloads, permissible phase voltage control wth one-phase current, and may be used in systems of automatics current, voltage, power, temperature etc. control.
Output of six converters types on rated currents is provided:
63, 100, 160, 250 A – with natural air cooling;
630, 800 A – with watering cooling

Converter control is realized by feed of d. c. external control signal of value from 0 till 5 mA on current or from 0 till 10 V on voltage. Input resistance of control mains – 2 kOhm. Control signal pulsation value is not over 0.6 % of its upper value.

Local control with manual signal one from 0 till 10 V is provided for serviceability adjustment and check in the converter.

Permissible converters overloads on current:

  • 1,25 Ií during 30 sec.;
  • 1,5 Ií during 10 sec.

Spacing between two any overloads have to be not less than 10 min., and average-and-square-law current value for cycle time, consisting of overload and spacing, haven’t to increase rated current.

Converters may operate in following modes:

  • mode 1 – stepless control of output voltage without its stabilization at supplying mains voltage deviations; within it control range is provided from 20 till 360 V;
  • - mode 2 – linear control of output power with output voltage stabilization at input one deviations by 10 % from rated value; within it control range of output voltage is provided from 70 till 360 V; accuracy of voltage stabilization in the range from 240 till 340 V composites (runs) till 1 % from rated value, and no-linearity of output power depending on control signal is not over than +-5 % in its change range from 0.5 till 5 mA (or from 1 till 10 V).

Converters are manufactured as viewed opened version blocks, designed for building-in into electric equipment panels in vertical state.
