Rectifiers for electrolyze Â-ÒÏÏÄ-6.3ê-1ê-01
Rectifiers Â-ÒÏÏÄ-6.3ê-1ê-01 represent thyristor static converters of three-phase a.c. into d.c. and are designed for operation in the composition of electrolysis installations equipment in the non-ferrous metallurgy.

Current assignment of output rectifier – local or distant.
Signal of local output current assignment – with potentiometer on cabinet doors. Reverse mains signal on current – from consumer shunt on 7500 A/ 75 mV via built-in converter.
Distant assignment signal of output current – as viewed the voltage 0-10 V of d.c. with variable component, not over than 100 mV. Input resistance of output current assignment circuit, not less than 1 kOhm.
Maximum angle of thyristors control for signal generation (as viewed dry closing contactors on current till 2 A at 250 V, 50 Hz) for switching PÏÍ composes 15-20 °el. Delay time of switching PÏÍ signal generation composes 30-60 sec. Rectifier has protection:
- from internal and external short currents;
- from thyristors overheat in phases of rectifying circuit;
- from two safety devices burn-out in the arm of rectifying circuit;
- from voltage 380 V loss of auxiliaries supplying mains phase;
- from overload on current.
Within operation any of rectifier protection the signal at switching high-voltage turn-off is generated (dry closing contact on 0.5 A, 220 V, 50 Hz). Rectifier has light signalling on
- switched on rectifier state;
- failure rectifier switch;
- type of operating protection;
- blowing out of a safety device;
- - blowing out of two safety devices.
Warning signals are generated to the system of consumer distant control on:
- switching rectifier state;
- failure rectifier switch;
- blowing out a safety device;
- switching PÏÍ for increasing secondary voltage of supplying transducer;
- switching PÏÍ for decreasing secondary voltage of supplying transducer.
From the design point of view, rectifier is carried out as viewed bi-sided service cabinet. There are two plates for air ducts mounting, designed for air blow-down in channels of anode and cathode thyristors groups, that are provided at the cabinet roof.
Rectifier is manufactured in two versions, are different by arrangement of anode and cathode thyristors groups.
Operation rectifier state – vertical.
Protection degree IP21 according to State Standard 14254.
Climatic version ÓÕË, siting category 4 according to State Standard 15150. Rectifiers cooling is forced air. Consumer supplies air rate via air channel in the rated mode, not less than 8-103 m3/hours and 1631 Pa.
