Rectifiers of serie ВГ-ТПЕ, ВГ-ТПВ, ВГ-ОПЕ

Rectifiers are designed for supplying electroplating bath with technological current. Besides that, they may be used for supplying machines of electrical-and-chemical metal working, sewage treatments installations and other equipment. All types of rectifiers have built-in power transducer with natural air cooling.
Each rectifier of type ВГ-ТПЕ, ВГ-ТПВ is completed by removed control desk, which has hermetic version with increasing corrosive resistance, which may be installed either one on the roof rectifier cabinet, or immediately near electroplating bath. Each rectifier of type ВГ-ОПЕ is completed by reactor for smoothing out output current pulsations.
Overall dimensions of desk for no-reverse rectifiers – 150 x 110 x 190 mm, mass – 3.3 kg, for reverse rectifiers –320 x 220 x 290, mass 10 kg.

1. Without output parameters stabilization (manual mode).
2. Output current stabilization in the setting range from 0.1 till rated value with accuracy 3 %.
3. Output voltage stabilization in the setting range from 0.25 till rated value with accuracy 2 %.
4. For reverse rectifiers in the mode of output current automatics reverse are provided following range of time settings:
   • d.c. – from 0 till 100 sec., reverse current from 0 till 10 sec. with descreteness 1 sec. and 0.1 sec. correspondingly;
   • d.c. – from 0 till 1000 sec., reverse current from 0 till 100 sec. with descreteness 10 sec. and 1 sec. correspondingly.
5. According to auxiliary requirement, are possible:
   • rectifier set of type ВГ-ТПЕ, ВГ-ТПВ in the complete with reactor for smoothing out output current pulsations;
   • mode with realization of linear-and-rising volt-ampere characteristic (current density stabilization) with accuracy 5 %.

Basic parameters of more prevalent rectifiers modifications are given in table. It is possible to manufacture rectifiers with output parameters, different from ones, indicated in table.
